Part 1 — Website Privacy Policy

This part covers information collected through rightbalancedliving.com itself: contact forms, appointment requests, text and chat messages, and general site usage. It does not cover the health information we collect as your healthcare provider — that's covered in Part 2 below.

We do not use website contact information for purposes unrelated to your care or your inquiry without asking you first.

• People involved in your care — with your permission, we may share relevant information with a family member or other person involved in your care.
